Very small camp sites. In my 40 plus years of camping I have never been on a smaller site. My picnic table was less than 5 feet from neighbors sewer line. Truly awning to awning no bull. Other than that its a nice campground.
The campground is well maintained. T
Love this place. Very relaxing, friendly people, and fun activities. Looking to become a permanent!
We enjoyed a couple nights of musical entertainment. The biggest issue we had was with the actual site we were in. The site was a pull through, which was nice, but not level. The front of our trailer was elevated to the point that I needed to add 10 Lynx Levelers under the jack. The space between our camper and our neighbor was way to close. We went with friends and thankfully they had their own camper but the two of us could not fully extend our awnings without overlapping each other. It would really have been awkward if we did not know our neighbors.
Have been a seasonal here for over 8+ years - always a good time, Staff goes above and beyond for your enjoyment. So many things for my kids to do, and everyone is so nice. I would recomend the place to everyone - bathrooms are spotless too -
Other reviews cover the pros and cons of this particular campground adequately enough but items I noted while here during a Halloween "weekend. " Staff friendly, buddy sites are a bit awkward if you are not with a buddy and you will depend upon the other camper and/or their children to respect your privacy, hard to move around with a vehicle during busy times which this was, only a wi-fi hotspot and not at individual sites, but plenty of cable channels should weather drive you inside, camp store carries basic needs and not much else so bring your things with you and a fairly expensive place to stay if you do not take advantage of the activities. However even though we are empty nesters and did not take advantage of activities we found the weekend delightful despite the weather and not being big into Halloween. Seeing large groups of all ages gathered round and/or children running freely having fun over the Halloween festivities was a wonderful experience for us especially because we saw adults being adults around the children despite having a few beers. Not so at many other campgrounds we have been to thru the years. I would return if we needed to be in the area again.
